When & Where Will SUR/FIN 2016 Take Place?
The 98th Annual SUR/FIN Manufacturing & Technology Conference and Tradeshow will be held June 6-8, 2016 at the South Point Hotel & Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. The South Point Hotel is located less than 15 minutes from McCarren International Airport. It is also home to 11 exceptional restaurants and numerous bars and lounges. What Time Will SUR/FIN Begin?
SUR/FIN will begin at 1PM on Monday, June 6th with our popular conference sessions. Exhibits will open on Monday at 5:30. Stay tuned to the SUR/FIN website for up-to-date dates and times of all sessions, speakers, events and more.
Where Will SUR/FIN 2016 Networking Events Be Held?

Where Can I Find Information About Convention Hotel Accommodations?
Complete hotel rate and contact information for SUR/FIN 2016 is available in our Travel Section. NASF has negotiated special rates at the South Point specifically for SUR/FIN Exhibitors and Attendees.
BEWARE OF UNAUTHORIZED HOTEL SERVICE PROVIDERS. In the past, it has come to our attention that several exhibitors, attendees, and members have been contacted by housing vendors who are offering to provide room rates and hotel services at SUR/FIN. While these companies may have secured blocks of rooms at various hotels in and around Las Vegas, they are not affiliated in any way with NASF. Please DO NOT reserve rooms through any company which may contact you.
What Are The Registration Fees, and How Do I Register for SUR/FIN 2016?
Online registration will begin in February for both NASF members and non-members. Onsite registration will also be available at a higer price. For complete information visit the Registration section.
Is There a Discount for Advanced Registration?
Yes. You can save up to $150 when you register online before June 1.
Do SUR/FIN Conference Sessions Require an Additional Fee?
No. There are no additional charges for conference sessions when you obtain a full registration for SUR/FIN 2016. One rate covers everything. Full SUR/FIN registration includes access to all conference sessions, keynote presentations, the tradeshow floor, luncheons and receptions.
Will Training Opportunities Be Available at SUR/FIN 2016?

How Do I Submit an Abstract to Speak at SUR/FIN 2016?
NASF is building a lineup of industry experts to present on innovative topics for the SUR/FIN 2016 Conference. Interested speakers must submit their abstracts to NASF’s Technical Advisory Committee by December 18, 2015. For complete information, visit our Speakers Section.
What is the Conference Dress Code?
All SUR/FIN 2016 attendees, exhibit staff, speakers, and guests are asked to dress business casual for the conference and tradeshow.
What Kind of Networking Opportunities Will SUR/FIN 2016 Provide?
Numerous scheduled and impromptu networking opportunities will take place at SUR/FIN 2016. Receptions will be held at the convention center on Monday, June 6, and Tuesday, June 7. Additionally, the popular Welcome Party event, sponsored by the West Coast Chapters, will be held on Monday evening, and the Bowling Party, a special fundraiser on behalf of the NASF 1,000 organization will be returning. In between these scheduled events, SUR/FIN attendees will find many opportunities to meet and socialize with their industry peers. What are the requirements for International Visitors?

What is The Conference Cancellation Policy?
SUR/FIN 2016 cancellations must be received in writing via fax at (202) 530-0659 or by e-mail to Cheryl Clark at CClark@nasf.org by June 4. A full refund will be assessed, less a $25 handling fee. No refunds will be granted after June 4, 2016. Substitutions are welcome.
