When & Where Will SUR/FIN 2015 Take Place?
The 97th Annual SUR/FIN Manufacturing & Technology Conference & Tradeshow will be held June 8-10, 2015 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois.
Located just 10 minutes from O’Hare International Airport, Rosemont has much to offer. This popular convention town is home to cutting-edge cuisine, a lively 200,000 square foot entertainment district and, of course, the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center where SUR/FIN will take place – a hot spot for many of Chicoagoland’s most popular conferences and events.
What Time Will SUR/FIN Begin?
The Conference starts on June 8 with sessions from 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM. The Trade Show floor opens on Monday, June 8 at 5:30.

What Are The Registration Fees, and How Do I Register for SUR/FIN 2015?
Online registration will begin in February for both NASF members and non-members. Onsite registration will also be available at a higer price. For complete information visit the Registration section.
Is There a Discount for Advanced Registration?
Yes. You can save up to $150 when you register online before June 1.
Do SUR/FIN Conference Sessions Require an Additional Fee?
No. There are no additional charges for conference sessions when you obtain a full registration for SUR/FIN 2015. One rate covers everything. Full SUR/FIN registration includes access to all conference sessions, keynote presentations, the tradeshow floor, luncheons and receptions.
Will Training Opportunities Be Available at SUR/FIN 2015?

How Do I Submit an Abstract to Speak at SUR/FIN 2015?
NASF is building a lineup of industry experts to present on innovative topics for the SUR/FIN 2015 Conference. Interested speakers must submit their abstracts to NASF’s Technical Advisory Committee by November 18, 2014. For complete information, visit the Speakers page.
What is the Conference Dress Code?
All SUR/FIN 2015 attendees, exhibit staff, speakers, and guests are asked to dress business casual for the conference and tradeshow.
What Kind of Networking Opportunities Will SUR/FIN 2015 Provide?
Many! Receptions will be held at the convention center on Monday, June 8, and Tuesday, June 9. Additionally, the popular Welcome Party event, sponsored by the Chicago Chapter, will be held on Monday evening. Plus, free luncheons will be hosted throughout the event on the tradeshow floor.
What are the requirements for International Visitors?

What is The Conference Cancellation Policy?
SUR/FIN 2015 cancellations must be received in writing via fax at (202) 530-0659 or by e-mail to Cheryl Clark at CClark@nasf.org by June 4. A full refund will be assessed, less a $25 handling fee. No refunds will be granted after June 4, 2015. Substitutions are welcome.
