What airport do I fly into?
Visitors can fly into Chicago via O'Hare International Airport or Midway Airport. However, we recommend SUR/FIN attendees fly into O'Hare as it is minutes from the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center and surrounding hotels.
How far is the Convention Center from the Airport?
O’Hare International Airport is just three miles from Rosemont. All SUR/FIN hotels provide a complimentary shuttle.

How can I register for SUR/FIN?
Online registration is now open, visit our registration page to find the type of registration that will suit your needs.
What form of payment can I use to register for SUR/FIN?
NASF accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. NASF can also accept company or personal checks payable in US dollars to NASF. Cash is accepted onsite only.
Will I receive my badge prior to SUR/FIN?
No. In support of sustainability and promoting environmentally friendly alternatives, name badges are not mailed in advance. All pre-registrants can pick up their badge at the Advance Registration Desk on-site.
When will I receive my Registration Confirmation?
All SUR/FIN registrants will receive a confirmation immediately after registering online or by phone, and within three (3) weeks of registering by fax or mail.
What do I need to bring to prove I’ve pre-registered?
When you register on-line you will be emailed a confirmation. Bring this confirmation to the Advance Registration Desk.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be submitted in writing by mail or by fax. A $25 processing fee will apply.
Is there a penalty for substitutions?
No. Substitutions are welcomed without penalty and should be submitted in writing by mail or by fax.
When does registration open onsite?
Registration will open at 8:00 AM on Monday, June 10, 2013.
I’m an International attendee and require an official Letter of Invitation. What should I do?
If you would like to request an invitation letter from SUR/FIN for your visa application, please contact Cheryl Clark at info@nasfsurfin.com. We strongly encourage you to make your request early.

What is included in my booth rental?
Booth rental includes company sign, draped backwall and sidewalls.
What’s not included in my standard booth package?
Booth furnishings (carpet, tables, chairs, trashcans) and electricity/utility connections are not included in booth rental.
When will I receive an Exhibitor Service Manual?
The Exhibitor Service Manual is currently available in the Exhibitor section of the website.
